TrailX, the app
Everything on this site, plus a live convoy in your pocket — position sharing, hand signals, voice, and trip planning built to keep working when the network doesn't.
On the road
Live convoy map
See every rider's position in real time — over the internet when you've got signal, over Bluetooth mesh when you don't. Knowing where the group is has never needed a cell tower.
Route planning, offline-ready
Search and add multiple stops, get a routed path with turn-by-turn, and download the map for the whole route before you lose signal for good.
Weather & hazard layers
A live rain and cloud overlay, plus a hazard heat layer built from what other riders nearby have actually reported — road closed, blockage, bad weather.
Turn signals, broadcast
Tap a signal and everyone in the convoy feels it — left turn, fuel stop, slow down, hazard ahead. The hand signals every group ride already uses, sent instead of shouted back.
Staying in touch
Push-to-talk & continuous voice
Hold to talk, or leave it running near-live. Works over Bluetooth or the internet, whichever's actually reachable at the time.
Offline voice-to-text signals
Speak a custom signal in English or Hindi — transcribed fully on-device, no internet required — and it goes out to the group as text.
Share music, together
Send a track to everyone's phone and it plays in sync, or relay whatever's already playing out loud on your device, live.
SOS & crash detection
One tap sends your location on a loop until you cancel it. An optional, off-by-default crash heuristic can trigger the same SOS automatically after a hard impact and stillness, if you don't cancel a countdown first.
Convoy roles
Mark yourself Lead or Sweep. The sweep rider gets warned locally if the gap back to the front of the pack opens up too wide.
Your people, your trips
Friends, found
Add friends by username, or search by name, username, or email.
Community
A public feed of road conditions and open rides — post an update, upvote or comment on someone else's, or publish your own ride so others can find and join it.
Trip expenses
Split costs with the group, including fuel fill-ups logged against odometer readings for real fuel-economy numbers — with a settle-up view of exactly who pays whom, not just who owes what.
Trip planner
Build a stop-by-stop itinerary for a trip your group is taking, and keep it in sync with everyone on it.
Home dashboard
A live snapshot of your ride, money owed, upcoming trips, and what's happening in the community — one screen, not seven tabs.
Getting in
Invite-only, for now
Joining a ride by its ID and password never needs an account — that part's open to anyone. Friends, Trips, and posting to Community need an activated account, though: redeem an invite code from someone already in, or send a request straight to an admin from inside the app.

Download the beta
Android 8.0 (Oreo) or newer, ~190 MB — most of that is offline English and Hindi speech models bundled right into the app, so voice-to-text signals work with zero internet.
Download TrailX-beta.apkInstalling it
- Download the APK above from your phone's browser.
- Open it — Android will ask to allow installs from that app; allow it once.
- You'll see an "unverified developer" warning. That's expected — this is a debug-signed beta build, not something distributed through the Play Store yet. Install anyway to continue.
